Master class on «Improving leadership skills among young people»

On November 8, 2023, within the framework of the «Quality Week», senior instructor of the Department of Finance and Economics Ainagul Tulegenova organized a meeting of students with a graduate of the university, the head of the KSI «Resource Center for Youth Work of the Taskalinsky district» Mirambaev Zhienbai Nauryzbaevich.

Zhienbai Mirambayev held a master class on «Improving leadership skills among young people» and shared with the students present in the audience the story of his success in professional activity. He also determined the conditions for the formation of a holistic image among modern youth-the idea of a leader.

Leadership plays an important role at the university, as students face various challenges, opportunities and problems that require the organization, coordination and mobilization of the efforts of the entire student community.
